Software North has been developing software solutions since 1986 and is now wholly responsible for the development of the well-known TriMicro suite of Aged Care Software products.

Software North is dedicated to the development of ‘value-for-money’ solutions for the Australian Aged Care Industry and continues to do this with the TriMicro suite of applications.

Software North Bureau

Software North’s Management Bureau for Aged Care clients offers a cost-effective solutions using TriMicro software for processing Payrolls,  Billing & Claims, and using MYOB for General ledger.

Lorrie

Lorrie Rea has been involved with computers and software development since the early 80’s.

Lorrie is CEO and as such keeps an eye on everything that is happening in the busy Software North office. The other eye is always looking to future directions in Aged Care and ensuring that Software North and its TriMicro suite are on track for the foreseeable future.

He will tell you that he sleeps well at night knowing that, with the proficient and professional staff and over 70 years experience in Aged Care behind him, the job will be done-on-time every time.

Jane

Jane Gaertner, with a Bachelor of Commerce, has been in Aged Care for over 20 years, working initially for 7 years as Accountant for Maranoa Aged Care which consisted of high, low and self care.

Jane was responsible for setting up TriMicro Queensland which later amalgamated with Software North. Jane’s role is to liaise with clients, programmers, Medicare and DoHA and ensure that TriMicro products are always up to date with the latest industry requirements as well as meeting the individual needs of clients.

Sara

Sara Rennes has worked with us from time-to-time since 2008 and came back to us in March 2011 after spending a year travelling and working in England and Europe.

Sara has a Bachelor of Education, excellent attention to detail, organisational and procedural skills. Sara’s skills are put to good practical use as our Bureau Supervisor.

 

Perry

Perry Cornish has a Bachelor Applied Science (Computing) and has been with us since 2001 and is an integral part of our development team being principally responsible for Payroll programming and Medicare eBusiness systems integration (MeBi).

Perry has many years experience as a programmer, has a deep understanding of SQL systems and is a stickler for ‘doing it right the first time’.

Doreen

Doreen Rakoroi has been involved in Aged Care for 30 years and has a vast understanding of all facets of Aged Care.

Doreen ran 12 Nursing Homes for a Health Care group for 10 years before moving on to manage a TriMicro Bureau for 11 years, being responsible for both the Payroll and Billing & Claims functions.

Doreen has worked for Software North for 2 years, doing In-house training with new and existing clients. She has excellent knowledge of Aged Care funding and has been instrumental in recouping many thousands of dollars for clients who have chosen to undertake a back audit of their Medicare and DoHA claims.

Roberto

Roberto Matiussi has been working with us since July 2009.

Roberto holds a Bachelor of Information Technology, has more than six years experience in the administration of computer networks and helpdesk support as well as two years commercial experience in website development.

Roberto has several roles including Network Technician, Application Design & Testing, Web Site Design & implementation and evaluation of ongoing development platforms.

Sam

Samantha McKnight has been working with us since October 2010.

Sam came to us with excellent computer skills and an impressive customer relations background.

Sam heads our Customer Support help desk and keeps her product knowledge firsthand and up-to-date by working with specific clients on our bureau.

 

Julie

Julie Trueman has been working with us since October 2010.

Julie came to us with a vast experience in Payrolls (including Aged Care) and Bookkeeping.

When Julie came to us she has only recently moved into the area and she has now decided to move back home to Victoria, to be closer to family. But, since Julie is now well skilled with our TriMicro Software, rather than saying goodbye, Julie will continue to work for us as our Representative in Victoria.

 

Gina

Gina has a Cert IV in Small Business Management.

Her accounting experience extends back to the days of Manual Bookkeeping and Debits & Credits.

Since 1997 she has attained skills in Attaché, QuickBooks and MYOB.

Gina is responsible for the Creditors and General Ledger Maintenance of our Management Clients.

She is also responsible for our Office Administration and, as testimony to our utmost respect for Gina’s accounting prowess and attention to detail, we even let her do our books!
